Which rate do you need?
This is the one thing worth getting right before you book, because the two rates are genuinely different products.
Basic Stay
One room
A single furnished room for two guests, with extra guests charged per person. You get the room, the bathroom, Wi-Fi and all the usual essentials, and you are welcome around the farm and the grounds.
It does not include exclusive use of the villa. Other rooms may be booked by other guests on the same dates. If having the place entirely to yourselves matters, book the Full Villa Retreat instead.
Full Villa Retreat
The whole property
The entire villa for your group - both bedrooms, the glass room, the lawn, the BBQ deck, the bonfire area and the kids' play area, with no other guests on the property.
This is what most families and groups book, and it is the only rate we host celebrations and events on. Extra guests beyond the base occupancy are charged per person.
If you are two people who mainly want a quiet room and the farm, the Basic Stay is the sensible choice. If you are a family, a group of friends, or you are celebrating something, book the whole villa.
What every booking includes
Wi-Fi, essentials, towels, bedsheets, soap and toilet paper, hangers and bed linen, extra pillows and blankets, private parking inside the gated property, and on-site staff around the clock. Pets are welcome at no extra charge.
Breakfast and lunch are available as per our menu card, charged separately, and a cook can prepare home-style Maharashtrian meals on request. Tell us your preferences when you book, since ingredients are bought in Wai ahead of your arrival.
Larger groups
We can accommodate groups larger than the base occupancy of the Full Villa Retreat. Rather than working it out from the per-extra-person rate, contact us with your numbers - discounted rates are often available for bigger bookings.
Send your dates, group size and anything specific you need, and we will tell you honestly whether we can host it well.
Why book direct
You will also find AramZone Villa on Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, and those listings are genuine. But booking platforms take a commission on every reservation, and that is built into the price you see there. Booking with us on WhatsApp cuts it out, and you are talking directly to the people who will be here when you arrive.
Direct bookings are also easier to be flexible about - an early check-in, an extra mattress, a particular meal, or a bonfire ready when you pull in after a long drive.
Payment and cancellation
We accept cash, UPI and bank transfer. An advance confirms the dates and the balance is settled at the villa. For cancellation terms, ask when you book - they depend on the season and how far ahead you are reserving, and we would rather tell you plainly than bury it in fine print.
